So what is Hoot Rewards? It is the reward program of the future, that is built not only for money reward spent, but also for loyalty to the company. There is no other reward program out there like this. I spent years developing Hoot Rewards. I thought at first it would be simple to build, oh I was in for a shock. There are so many variables that I had to consider. There were so many failures that I almost gave up. To this day it is still evolving and will always be that way. I have not had any failures in my test runs for the last year. With that said I know that it is ready to release Hoot Rewards to the public.
With corporate profits skyrocketing and investors growing profits, I ask why consumers struggling so much. We are programmed to believe you invest in a company and will be rewarded. Yes, I agree with that statement 100%. This is what I realized, after a company is up and running how does the company continue to keep running? A simple answer, their customers.
So with that said. What if a company truly treated its customers as investors? After all, without customers, they would have no business at all. Sure many companies have reward programs, but they all are based on what you spend today. Example: points to use in future purchases with the company. Now that is all good, but why not just drop the price of the current sale? They want you to have a credit on your next purchase so you will continue to shop there. Again I agree with that 100%.
The problem is the richer people will be rewarded more than the less fortunate. What if the reward system would reward you for how much you spend and your loyalty? You will hear of loyalty programs, but those programs are nothing like treating your customers as investors.
The best way to show how Hoots Rewards differs from any other is to show you an example of the results of using Hoots Rewards.
For this example, I searched for the best cash-back credit card on Nerd Wallet. As you can see the best is a flat 2% back which is perfect for my example. In this example, if you Spend $500 a month out of your paycheck, plus any cash back you receive, you will see the growth of your purchasing power.
There are 4 different cases shown:
1. Traditional 2% Cash Back
2. Hoots Rewards
3. Hoots Rewards +Kickstart
4. Hoots Rewards +Kickstart +10,000 new cardholders each month
The Traditional 2% card: If you use this card you will see a slow but steady gain in your purchasing power whereas the first month you started at $500. In just 12 Months you would have a purchasing power of $622 thats an increase of $122 a month and still growing. In total, you gained $706 of purchasing power over the first year. To me that is awesome. This is how banks make so much money off of loans. With this card, there is no change in how much the company profits.
Hoots Rewards card: With the Hoots Rewards card in your first few months your growth is slower. In the 8th month, you will start to gain more rewards than you do with the traditional %2 card. On the 12th month, your purchasing power would grow to $739/month an increase of $239 a month. Your total increase in purchasing power for this year would be $928. With just the Hoots Rewards program in the first year, you would increase your purchasing power by $222 more than the traditional 2% card. This is even better. The variables I used for this example were simple, 10,000 cardholders doing the same thing, with no new cardholders gained.
Hoots Rewards + Kickstart: I was not happy with the growth of rewards with just Hoots rewards, so I created the Kickstart. With this, I used the same guides as I did with just the Hoot Rewards card. At the end of the year, your monthly purchase power grows to $1051 a month. More than doubling your purchasing power in just 1 year. The total increase in purchasing power through your first year is $1857. That's $1151 more than the traditional 2% card. This is with no new cardholders in the years time.
Hoots Rewards + Kickstart + 10,000 New Card Holders Each Month: This is the model I believe we see in company growth. Now if you look at the graft you will see that in the 12th month, your purchasing power grows to $1497 a month. With a total of $4,093 increase in purchasing power for the year, I would say this could improve many people's lives.
